How will mediaspot® change my company?

If I use mediaspot®, will I have to manage everything myself?
The platform is highly automated, but our team is there for you every day. Firstly, we assign you an account manager as your point of contact at VDM for all your orders. Then, our team of media managers will take care of qualifying your files and setting the parameters for delivering to broadcasters. And finally, it all depends on the level of autonomy you wish to have, since you can either act completely independently or order the assistance of a service manager who will carry out the tasks for you.
How can I learn to use mediaspot® quickly?
When you log on to the platform, an interactive guide is launched to help you, step by step, to set up your account and take any action you wish. It is linked to a resource centre that can be consulted in real time, and our support service responds very quickly to your requests. You can also request the assistance of a Customer Success Manager for express assisted training.
What can I do with the ARCHIVE package at €1 excl. tax per month
ARCHIVE is the ideal solution if you're looking for an efficient, cost-effective digital storage solution. You can create all the titles in your catalogue and import the metadata. You can upload all your content (video, image suite, DCP, audio, subtitles, documents, etc.). Storage costs 0.0035 euros excl. tax/GB per month. You can consult all your proxies (video, audio or subtitles) and 10 users can have access to your catalog with a system of permissions.
What's the SCREENER option?
This is an option you can add to your ARCHIVE plan. For 19 euros (excl. VAT) per month, you will have 250 links to share your video content, enabling third parties to view it in a secure environment, capture images or request extracts. To increase security, you can add text and the recipient's email address, which will be burnt into the image in real time, and then be notified when the content is played back.
Does mediaspot® manage DCP?
Yes, whether encrypted or not, a DCP can be uploaded and stored on mediaspot®. You can send it to a third party via ASPERA. You can subscribe to two options, one for consulting a video proxy generated from the DCP, the other for generating KDMs on demand (By uploading your DCP and its DKDM, the system allows you to fill in a server certificate and generate your KDMs for the corresponding room).
